8.5x11 Printing/Copying Costs:

Single side B/W 6.8 cents

Single side Color 11.9 cents

Double-sided Color 23.3 cents

Charge is the same for printing or copying - no charge for scanning
Any color (i.e. one letter) on a page qualifies as a 'color' page for charges
Costs increase for larger paper sizes
In the case of a paper jam, you will not be charged for pages lost to the jam
All employees have 24 hour fob access to HSU lab and Hurley Mac lower level printers.
