Please note that you must have your secondary device (that you will be using to authenticate with the Duo Mobile App) secured and updated in order for Duo Mobile to process requests from HC. You will receive instructions as to why your authentication has failed - please follow those prompts and update/secure your device before submitting a helpdesk ticket.
