Traveling and need access to your HC account?

If you plan to travel outside of the US* and need access to your HC account, please let the IT department know by submitting a helpdesk ticket at least 10 days before your departure date. Our network has security-based access restrictions, so we need the following information to ensure you can connect:

Submitting a helpdesk ticket well in advance allows our IT team to make the necessary arrangements for your access, as this process takes significant time. 

*Please note that you do not need a ticket for travel to/from the following countries: The Bahamas, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Australia and the United Kingdom. HC account access includes any services you use your HC credentials/Duo to access - Google, Canvas, Self-Service, etc… 

If you are a part of an international travel course, your instructor will take care of this notification. If you’re traveling on your own, it’s your responsibility.  Our IT team is happy to answer any questions - email or come see us in HSU south hallway.
